Hi, I'm Mark. I started Mark 1 Locks in 2004 and I have always aimed to provide honest, reliable and affordable locksmith services with a strong focus on great customer service, as my reviews show.
My story
I started Mark 1 Locks in Gravesend in 2004 with one simple aim: to be the locksmith I'd want to call myself. That means honest pricing, non destructive entry where possible, and treating every customer like a neighbour.
Twenty plus years on, I still cover Gravesend and the wider North Kent area 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. From a stuck UPVC door at 7am to a snapped cylinder after a break in attempt at 2am, I get there quickly and I get the job right first time.
