We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number [ICO REG. NO.] and are the data controller for personal data processed via this website and our services.

- Job details you describe (lock issue, access requirements)
- Payment confirmation data (we do not store card details)
- Technical data (IP address, browser, device, pages viewed)
- Review and correspondence content you send us
3. Why we use it (lawful basis)
- Contract - to quote, schedule and complete locksmith work you book.
- Legitimate interests - to keep records, prevent fraud, improve service quality and respond to enquiries.
- Legal obligation - to keep accounting and tax records (HMRC).
- Consent - for non essential cookies and marketing emails (where applicable). You can withdraw consent any time.
4. Sharing
We never sell your data. We share only what's needed with: payment processors, our accountant, our insurer in the event of a claim, and regulators or police when legally required.
5. Retention
Job records: 7 years (HMRC requirement). Enquiries that don't become jobs: 12 months. Website analytics: up to 26 months in aggregated form.
